I was born in California and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, and as a result, am a lover of both the sun and snow. I have lived in the US, the UK, Germany, and China, and the first thing I do when I move to or visit a new place is go for a run. You can see so much more when you run around. It's also hugely exciting to get lost and have to ask for directions (especially in another language).

I am first-generation American, with British and Polish heritage (you know you were curious about the surname!). I love learning to cook traditional Polish dishes with my dad and painting with my mum.

I began my formal training in the performing arts in Wyoming, and turned into a bit of a cowgirl. I grew up riding horses but it wasn't until I moved to Nebraska to teach at WNCC that I learned how to barrel race and rope cattle. I love adventure and hate mosquitos.

I performed in my first play at age five, and I haven't fallen out of love with the art yet. We've had our grievances, sure, but the more I learn about this craft, the greater my appreciation for storytelling grows.

In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, hiking, reading comics, and painting.
